Can you repair blinds?
In most cases, we can definitely repair our products for you. The only instance where we can't is if a particular component is discontinued that is required to repair the product.
As we manufacture, most of our components remain the same, where possible, to ensure we can continue to repair our items as the years go on.
We have the ability to repair a large range of blinds and awnings and can usually repair blinds that weren't made by us originally. However, you would need to bring the product or component in or send a picture to email@example.com to see if our parts are compatible.
I am quite handy on the tools, can I install myself?
Absolutely! This would save you an installation fee. Discuss the possibility of installing yourself with our friendly staff. We can still check measure for you, if you decide to proceed and leave the installation up to you. We would definitely recommend a fair bit of experience with tools, as this is required for most installations.
What deposit is required when I place an order?
50% for local orders, and the remainder prior to installation.
Payment is required upfront for all pick up orders and any orders that are posted within Australia.
What are the lead times once placing an order?
Check with us when placing your order, as this can change depending on the season and workload (such as Christmas for example) but generally throughout the year our lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks for all products except plantation shutters which are 6-8 weeks. If you require blinds or awnings in a quicker time frame, you would need to discuss this with us prior to see if we could meet that time frame for you. Sometimes, if we are extra busy, it is not always possible.
What if I can't see a part on your website that I need?
Just give us a call on 02 6766 9588 or send a picture through to firstname.lastname@example.org - We don't have absolutely every single part on our website (just the most common!) so we may still be able to help.
What sort of warranty do your products have?
This varies depending on the product, but most componentry has a 5 year warranty, as do most internal fabrics. Most of our awning fabrics are 10 year warranty. PVC plantation shutters are 25 years.
Of course, warranty does not cover misuse, negligence or general wear and tear. We can provide more specific information to you on placing an order.
Can I send my measurements to you to get an indication of price before booking a measure and quote?
Absolutely, we can work from plans, pictures and rough sketches or a simple width x drop measurement. Keep in mind, they are estimates only and can change depending on final measurements and selections. We are more than happy to provide you with a guide though. How can I book a measure and quote?
You can email through to firstname.lastname@example.org if this is more convenient for those who may not be able to phone during our hours, or of course call our friendly team on 02 6766 9588. We endeavour to respond to emails within 24 hours (not including weekends, public holidays etc)
