What exactly are Venetian Blinds?
A Venetian Blind are blinds made of horizontal slats suspended by cords, that can be controlled by a cordless, smart release or corded system. They can come in Timber, PVC or Fauxwood - as well as Aluminium (see our Aluminium Venetian Page).
Can Venetian blinds be installed in bathrooms and kitchens?
Absolutely they can be! The type of venetian is crucial however. PVC / Fauxwood and Aluminium Venetians are recommended for wet / high moisture areas as they are waterproof and resistant to warping or rust.
Can I choose how they are operated?
Yes! Venetian Blinds can be operated with a cordless, corded or smart release system!
Do Venetian Blinds have different slat sizes?
Timber and PVC Venetians have two sizes available: 50mm and 63mm. Aluminium Venetians come in 25mm and 50mm slats!
